Return Policy
Savonaa accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- There are no visible signs of damage
- All original packaging is intact
- No damage that would compromise the Savonaa guarantee
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase may be required. Contact support@savonaa.com with your order number and reason for return.
Cancellation
Orders are automatically sent to our warehouse upon placement. You may cancel before shipment, but once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customer-initiated cancellations may incur up to a 5% deduction to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
Exchanges
Contact support@savonaa.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $75, consider trackable shipping or insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified via email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
